Booking your ticket

Select your date of travel from the calendar and your outbound journey time from the list of available services. You do not need to select a return journey, as all Day Rover tickets allow you to hop on and hop off any standard service on your chosen date.

A £1.50 booking fee applies to each booking made.

To book a wheelchair space in our Fuss-Free Access carriage, please contact our Customer Services Team at least 10 days before your planned journey.

Delivery

Last orders for Christmas delivery (Royal Mail permitting) must be placed by midday Monday 19th December 2016.

E-Tickets and Named Season Tickets are delivered by email shortly after your order is placed. Postal delivery is included in the cost of all our retail products such as soft toys, gift day and gift season tickets, adoptions, animal experiences and gift vouchers. We aim to despatch all postal orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to five working days for delivery of these items.

Ordering Online

Choose your item, complete the necessary fields and then click on "add to basket". Once you are in the CHECKOUT complete the form, and send us payment via the WorldPay payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software.
