WHO NEEDS TO BOOK?

Booking online is essential for all Visitors but NOT for Bed and Breakfast or Medley Court guests.

This booking page is for general Garden Day Visit tickets only. You can also book Carer or tickets for Under 5's here.

Tickets for Annual Members, Existing Ticket Holders & Partner Offers can be found here.

Visitors with accessible needs: Standard charges apply to visitors with accessible needs, carers are free of charge and should select a Carer Ticket. Proof of disability will be requested on arrival, which may include a Blue Badge, statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper or a DLA letter from the department of Work & Pensions.

Before booking please read the latest information on visitor safety and what's open.

Do not book a visit if you or anyone in your party are unwell or may be suffering with any symptoms of COVID-19.

Please adhere to government guidelines. Anyone failing to comply will be asked to leave.

YOUR TICKETS

Tickets will be sent via email.

Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred to another date.

If you cannot attend due to contracting Covid or having to self isolate as a result of Covid, you can request to transfer your booking to an alternative date or cancel your booking and apply for a refund. To do this please email cancellations@hevercastle.co.uk and include your booking reference in the email title together with proof of your diagnosis or requirement to isolate.

You can currently only book 14 days in advance. Each day we will release an additional day until normal operation is resumed. Your selected date is shown in red. Other available dates are shown in green.
