NHS Test and Trace
We are legally required to request the contact details of our visitors. We will record and retain these details for 21 days, and provide them to NHS Test and Trace without delay if required. We must record the name(s) and contact phone number(s), date of visit and arrival time for all members of your party over the age of 16. These details will be collected via our secure booking system.
Gift Aid allows charities like us to reclaim tax (25p for every £1) from the government on your donations. If you are a UK taxpayer, by opting to Gift Aid you enable us treat your payment as a donation, so each £1 you spend can do £1.25 of good.
Please treat my payment as a Gift Aid donation. I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (April 6 2021 to April 5 2022) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs will reclaim on my gifts for this tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give. I acknowledge that these Gift Aided tickets are for myself or members of my family.
Please do NOT treat my payment as a Gift Aid donation.
