To explore the museum in depth and to unlock the full experience of our unique exhibition spaces, we have a range tickets for sale.
You are booking a JOINT ticket to visit both attractions. Please read the below information carefully before completing your booking.
Please select the date and time for your visit to the CITY OF CAVES first. Your Audio Tour will last approximately 40 minutes; you will then be directed to a second page to select tickets for the NATIONAL JUSTICE MUSEUM, which you can use for entry at the specified time slot only.
(The JOINT ticket is only valid when booked for both attractions for the same number of people. Please use our separate booking sites if you wish to purchase tickets to visit only one of the attractions: City of Caves or National Justice Museum.)
There is an approximately 150 metre walk between the two sites.
Please note the City of Caves has no access for wheelchairs. You must call to book if you have limited mobility, require more than 1 carer and/or require wheelchair access at the National Justice Museum. Disabled visitors are entitled to a complimentary carer ticket. Please view our City of Caves accessibility information or view our National Justice Museum accessibility information.
The government has a special scheme for charities like the National Justice Museum. If you chose to add a voluntary 10% donation to your ticket price and you're a UK tax payer, we're allowed to claim Gift Aid on the whole amount you've paid. Your ticket will help us to continue maintaining this fascinating building, enhancing our collections and supporting our education programmes for thousands of school children.
Although Children under 5 go for free, it's essential to add this ticket to your booking to ensure enough room on the tour.
Please bring proof of eligibility for all concession rates.
For groups of 10 or more, schools and other educational groups please call our Bookings Co-ordinator on 0115 9939812.
National Justice Museum is an Educational Charity, registered number 1030554.
