Swindon Railway Works Pen Handcrafted Limited Edition This hand-turned wooden fountain pen has been made as a special limited edition product to celebrate the birth of the Swindon Railway Works in 1841. The pen was produced from a building foundation timber unearthed at the famous Works site. This exquisite tropical hardwood known as 'Jarrah' was imported from Australia in the mid-1800s and was discovered near to 'F Shop' also known as the Chain Test House. One of a limited edition of 175 luxurious fountain pens supplied with presentation box and leather carrying case. This pen works with ink cartridges, but is supplied with a piston convertor for use with bottled ink.
