Day tickets

Due to the increased footfall we have decided to implement timed and dated tickets , it is essential to keep all visitors and staff safe.

Your chosen slot has a 30 minute window to arrive at the ticket office.  Once on site you can stay as long as you like but must vacate the car park by 5 pm.

Please choose your tickets at the next stage, children under 4 do not need to pay but do need to book a time slot.

Friends of Batsford DO NOT need to book a timed slot.

Reciprocal garden members must book a timed slot and will need to show their membership card along with the online ticket booking.  Please refer to the list.

In addition to our standard event terms and conditions:

You must present a valid ticket (and membership card if applicable) upon arrival.  Without your membership card or ticket you may be refused entry

All visitors must follow the government guidelines on social distancing.  If you start having COVID-19 symptoms or have had any contact with a person with COVID-19 in the last 14 days then please stay at home.

  • Children's bikes, scooters, footballs are not permitted onsite.
