Due to the increased footfall we have decided to implement timed and dated tickets.
Your chosen slot has a 30 minute window to arrive at the ticket office. Once on site you can stay as long as you like but must vacate the car park by 5 pm.
Please choose your tickets at the next stage, children under 4 do not need to pay but do need to book a time slot.
Friends of Batsford DO NOT need to book a timed slot.
Reciprocal garden members must book a timed slot and will need to show their membership card along with the online ticket booking. Please refer to the list.
Please produce the barcode on your confirmation email (and membership card if applicable) upon arrival at the arboretum admissions desk. Without your membership card or online ticket booking you may be refused entry.
Children's bikes (including balance bikes), scooters, frisbees and footballs are not permitted onsite.
Picnics are not permitted in the Arboretum and there are designated picnic sites, please ask a member of staff on arrival.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a short lead (not an extendable one).
All facilities are subject to closure for technical,operational or safety reasons.
Pre-booking is available on a day to day basis until tickets have sold out. Without a booked ticket we cannot guarantee entry on the day.
