The Last Blast: Commemorating 40 years since the closure of the Swindon Works

Join us in viewing our new exhibition 'The Last Blast - The Closure of Swindon Works', along with community produced exhibitions focussed on the Swindon Works and its closure. This will be followed by a series of short talks covering the history of the Swindon Works & its closure, a look at developments in Swindon over the 40 years since the closure and a look towards the future of business in Swindon. The event will culminate in the Hooter sounding at 4.30pm to mark 40 years since the last blast and closure of Swindon Works.
