You will receive an email containing your e-tickets, which are DATE SPECIFIC, all tickets are subject to normal entry condition. The E-Ticket is for one day admission only, on the date you chose . Please either print out your E-Ticket email confirmation showing the 6 digit reference number, to show on arrival, or if you are unable to print out the E-Ticket, please quote the 6 digit reference number to the Paydesk on arrival.

Children (16 and under) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

**Before booking your e-ticket we recommend you call our Gift Shop on 01993 825 716 between 9:30am and 4:00pm to confirm availability of wheelchairs and mobility scooters, should you require one.

**Tickets are released 4 days in advance (to allow you to check the weather)**

Please note: during busy times including School Holidays, we may not be able to guarantee entry to those who have not purchased an e-ticket in advance.

Available dates are shown in GREEN. Peak arrival times are between 10:30am and 12 noon.

Same day E-tickets are NOT available.
